Our Empathy & Difficult Conversations workshops are designed to help staff develop techniques to improve their communication skills, in order to better relate to one another and their clients or service users, promote understanding, and build a compassionate and inclusive community.

Through a combination of immersive exercises, creative techniques and powerful curated discussions, we’ll work with your team to unpick challenging workplace situations, how to approach difficult conversations and demonstrate the importance of being open to another’s view of the world.
